We're moving quiet mornings from Sunday to Thursday's from Thursday 2nd June!
Welcome to quiet mornings! We will be making adjustments to our store during this time to allow for an inclusive shopping experience for Neurodiverse people and anyone else that would prefer a more quiet and simplified shopping experience. Some neurodiverse people can find sounds, smells, bright lights etc really stressful and overwhelming so we are doing what we can in order to tone things down. If you are visiting us during a quiet hour we would ask that you be mindful of your sound levels in order for everyone to have the most enjoyable experience possible.

Every Thursday between the hours of 10am and 11am we will be making some changes to our store to help everyone access our shared space in a calm and peaceful way.
During this hour we will step back to give you time to navigate our store in your own way. Fear not though, we are all still here and happy to help you in any way you need but if you’d prefer a self-led shopping experience you can find a shop floor plan with details on where to find all our lovely products!
We will do our best to keep noise to a minimum during quiet mornings but there are some sounds which we cannot control so on this website you will find a list of the common noises that you may hear whilst in store today. If you notice any other noises that you would like adding to our list please chat to a member of staff or drop us an email at birmingham@lush.co.uk
Water running, card machines beeping, till draws opening and closing, money being touched, people talking, gentle bird sound playing over the speakers, lift announcements, doors opening and closing, footsteps on stairs, staff radio noise, paper rustling as we wrap our naked products. Bath bombs fizzing/popping candy popping in the water in the sinks.
During this hour (and every other hour we are open!) We would love to show you all our lovely products and how they work so if you really enjoy a certain scent, want to see what a bathbomb looks like in the water or you want help with your skincare please just ask a member of staff to show you how we can do that with our products and we can show you here today. Or if you’d prefer to try our products at home please just tell us what you're interested in and that you’d prefer to do that at home so we can give you samples to take away.
